Items used: Stampin up pp, Rebecca Sower playing card, hat pin, flower, epoxy letters and sticker, kaisercraft birdcage, magic mesh, journal tag.
Layout was a lift from a page by Kellie Lusted.

one moment in time

I love this new Kaisercraft collection - I love the colours and patterns and couldnt wait to use it. I chose this pic of my daughter and I from Xmas 2009 as it has fairly soft colours and thought it suited the papers well.
Items used: Kaisercraft pp. cardstock, kindyglitz, lil davis chipboard alphas, carolees creations letters, beaded trim

weekend scrapping

My recent weekend away to scrap was very relaxing (as you'll see by my photos, it was a beautiful location, Sanctuary Point on the NSW South Coast). I was lucky enough to be invited along by a friend and we were lucky enough to have Kim Arnold (Current Scrapbooking memories Master) along with us. I took home some new ideas which I will hopefully be able to accomplish.
Hyams Beach

Morning walk along St Georges Basin

Lots of bird life

What better way to relax than with your feet up and a glass of wine!

Thanks to Rachael Griffin for organising the weekend at her family's house.

scrapping from the weekend away

This layout is of Hubby and I on our 10th wedding anniversary - Love this page!

My son and niece playing in a cardboard box (new cosmo cricket papers)

cocktails on NYE with my friend Nikki (Kaisercraft Pina Colada paper range)

I love this swiss dots cardstock - will be using this again for sure
I got through 12 pages on my recent weekend away scrapping, so I will share my favourites. Wont go into too much detail this time. If you want to know the papers etc, leave a comment and I'll let you know.

My gosh, where has time gone? I have been delayed in adding more posts as my home computer has been a little naughty and not being nice to me. I have just been away scrapping this past weekend with a group of 7 at a very nice holiday house on the south coast at Sanctuary Point. These weekends away seem to agree with me as I always manage to get a lot of scrapping done. This weekend I finished 12 pages! of which I will upload some as soon as I get a free minute over the next few days (and as I type, my blog wont save, now I will have to copy and paste and try it again later, grrrr)
