I am currently working on updating this blog.

I should add (as I lost a few sidebar items in the update)
Still adding to my regular blog list also.

Week 4 - SB top 50

week 4 of the scraplift challenges over at Scrapbooking top 50 Aust
This week we had to scraplift
and here is my take of her awesome page
I have kept a similar sketch but flipped it, but went also with:
oranges and blues, felt items, badge, circle behind the photo and stars
next up was a lift of Em Stafrace
Here is my take on her page:
I have flipped the sketch, but kept a similar shape.
Still used the filmstrip inspired photos,
the banners under the photo, similar colour scheme,
stenciling on the background and replaced the
buttons with brads
these scraplift challenges have been so much fun and because
I have done both lifts each week I have now completed
8 extra pages this month!!!
Gotta be happy with that!

scrap the boys - June

I had some spare time so I have entered Junes Scrap the Boys challenge.
I had photos that suited the criteria so I gave it a go
sport photos, 1 photo smaller than 6x4, stamping, and I have picked the colour
red from the list
to compliment the colours in the photos.
Here is a closeup of the stamping and embellies
Here is my take
I used mini photos from this years school
Athletics carnival
plus he accidentally received 2 ribbons
so I scrapped one and the other is hanging
proudly in his room.
Items used:
various pp, American craft thickers, Kaisercraft stamps and letters,
D'lish scraps washi and flair button,
staz-on and SU Ink, template, scrapbook king rubons.

I have also used a clear cut doily coloured black by AH Scrap
Thats all for now, thanks for looking. Hope to see
