Girls weekend - The Entrance

Last weekend was our annual girls weekend. This year (again) we went to The Entrance, but stayed somewhere different from last year (as this time we had 8 come along).

We took our scrapping supplies and managed to do some scrapping in between drinking, shopping, lunching out, massages, nanny naps (well, that was me as I had hardly any sleep), lots of laughs, swimming at the beach......

It was such a great weekend and there were so many laughs (my stomach was sore).

This is a page I finished and I love this one. I love the colours and the photos.

black with 2 - Sept.

Here is my 1st attempt at the challenge over at Black with 2

Septembers challenge is to use black with blue and yellow.

I am very happy with this page, its different to what I normally create but I love it (hence why challenges are so good to have a go at)

Handmade embellishments

Have a little something to share.....something a friend and I have been working on for a while. We have decided to try our luck at selling handmade embellishments and would love for everyone to share the news!!!

Ah Scrap will shortly be open for business on our blog with monthly/ bi-monthly sales.
So check out our new blog - Ah Scrap .

We will be making lots of handmade items, from flowers, to clips, to banners, to flags, to my favourite - bottlecaps.

So share the news and become a follower of the Ah Scrap blog to keep updated. Ah Scrap also has a facebook page set up, so we'd love for you to follow that too and share with all your crafty friends.

We are very excited and passionate about this new venture.

Till later,
Thanks for looking and hope to see you on the Ah Scrap blog.

WWI Sept. Challenge

Here is my entry for this months white with one challenge.
this month asked you to use: white + pale pink + journalling on your photo.

As some of you may not know, I really don't like the colour Pink, so this was a challenge. I masked some leaves behind the photo with pale pink ink and added flowers and buttons.
