2 new pages

For mothers day I got a recipe stand to 'showcase' my newest layouts on in the living room. Aiden keeps asking why he isnt there yet, so this week I created 2 new pages about him, and now he can feature in the living room (and he seems to FEATURE there any way with all the stuff he brings into the room....argghh!)
items used: (it doesnt look much, but this page used quite a few things) stampin up pp and kraft kuts pp, basic grey / daisy d's / and Kaiser rubons, crocheted flower (I adore this one), hat pin, flower rhinestone, paint, fiskars letters, cosmo cricket tiny types, lace, buttons and kindyglitz.

And this new page of my son (who keeps asking me where his pages are?) Once again, an oldish photo I've had stored for a while waiting to be scrapped at the right moment. I used lace cardstcok to mist over to get the star effect on the background.
items used: cardstock, pp - making memories & kaisercraft, glimmermist, misc ticket, cosmo cricket tiny types, thickers, 3 bugs in a rug stickers, felt shape, chipboard star.

Happy (xmas page with a difference)

I have been playing around this past week making these ribbon flowers. I found this vintage lace from the op shop and turned it into these beautiful flowers. Now I have gone a little crazy and stocked up on lace, as I think the flowers look better made from lace than ribbon. I also picked up a 250g bag of great buttons on special (old stock) from Aldi Seven Hills for $4.99. Great buy!
This is another oldish photo, xmas 2008, lunch time at mum and dads playing out in the sun. The kids still holding onto their new toys from Santa.
Items used: making memories pp, kaisercraft bling, bazzill, lace, buttons, kindy glitz, ribbon, gold twine, journal spot, metal clip, paper doily, heart ghost shape, staples, American Craft thickers, I-kan-dee tag (ho ho ho), paper flower made from scrap pp - bo bunny and Kaisercraft.

Kaisercraft gypsy sisters range

What more is there to say other than this paper range ROCKS!!
I absolutely love it. The colours and patterns are so beautiful and versatile.
This photo is of hubby and I yet again on our 10th wedding anniversary. We spent the weekend at a beautiful secluded log cabin near Kurrajong (Hidden valley retreat) and its so peaceful and lovely there. This photo was taken down by the frog pond which had a cute little wooden jetty.
All items used are Kaisercraft Gypsy sisters range including pp and die-cuts, kaiser rhinestones and a metal heart accent (not sure what brand)
