I love this new Kaisercraft collection - I love the colours and patterns and couldnt wait to use it. I chose this pic of my daughter and I from Xmas 2009 as it has fairly soft colours and thought it suited the papers well.

weekend scrapping

My recent weekend away to scrap was very relaxing (as you'll see by my photos, it was a beautiful location, Sanctuary Point on the NSW South Coast). I was lucky enough to be invited along by a friend and we were lucky enough to have Kim Arnold (Current Scrapbooking memories Master) along with us. I took home some new ideas which I will hopefully be able to accomplish.

delayed

My gosh, where has time gone? I have been delayed in adding more posts as my home computer has been a little naughty and not being nice to me. I have just been away scrapping this past weekend with a group of 7 at a very nice holiday house on the south coast at Sanctuary Point. These weekends away seem to agree with me as I always manage to get a lot of scrapping done. This weekend I finished 12 pages! of which I will upload some as soon as I get a free minute over the next few days (and as I type, my blog wont save, now I will have to copy and paste and try it again later, grrrr)

Family traditions

Just a quick post. Finished this layout last night. Its a photo from Xmas 2008 and I'm only just getting around to scrapping it (have a massive pile of photos to scrap).
Items used: bazzill, pp - we are memory keepers, hat pin, beads, felt flowers, chipboard flower, various flowers, rhinestones, journal spot, pebbles inc stickers, beaded heart.

A colourful page

I did this layout last night. I absolutely love the purple Kaisercraft pp and have held onto it for a while. I think it suited this Easter hat photo of Tahlia so well.
I'm quite happy with the final result. This was inspired by a feature in an older Scrapbooking memories mag.
Items Used: Kaisercraft pp, bling, rub ons and fozz fonts, francheville pp, deja views pp, felt ribbon, button, cardstock flower made by me, ink.
