BW2 - May

Here we are in May already!

Its finally starting to cool a little today (even though

Autumn has almost passed)

So I have created an Autumn inspired layout

with this months BW2 colour pallette.

BLACK + MOCHAS + CREAMS

and here is my layout

this is probably one of my favourite EVER layouts I have created!

 I went more with the chocolate side of the colour scheme

and YES, my colours are brown, not Orange.

 I used lots of texture paste, gauze and glimmer mist plus a gorgeous

beaded trim I've had in my stash for a while

trend setters challenge

I have just completed the latest challenge over at Scrapbooking top 50

Challenge: Trend setters

You had to create a layout showing what TRENDS

you are currently using

So I have used texture paste on my starburst

background stamp with the grid stamp

misting and painting

and handmade embellies (3 embellies by Ah Scrap, the bottlecap,

butterfly and layered banner)

BW2 - April challenge

Another month is upon us already! This year is already flying by.

This month at BW2, the theme is Black+yellow+grey

Here is my take, I'm quite happy with it.

A banner made from various items including tickets and washi.

Scrap the girls-March

Here is my entry for this months Scrap the Girls challenge.

BW2 - March

Another month means another challenge over at Black with 2 (BW2)

This month the colour scheme is: Black + Red+White

Here is the inspiration image to give you lots of ideas.

And here is my take on the colours

I have gone with some mist on the black, some washi here and there and various

misc elements to fill the gaps.

So head over to BW2 and give this challenge a go.

perfect match challenge

I created this page for the 'perfect match' challenge over at SB top 50

this was the image to get your criteria

I went with C1 and C3 (mist and washi)

 I misted the background with orange glimmermist and added a few

splashes here and there. I also went with similar tones of washi tape

Here is a close up of some Ah scrap goodies-hatpin and kraft doily.
